The top 6 will qualify for the final, which will be held in August. These qualifiers will be revealed on Saturday 29th July.

If you are participating in this semi, you must send your votes here by 13:00 (CET) on Saturday 29th July. If you do not vote you will suffer a 12 point decuction, and not qualify for the final, even if you finish 1st.
All other spectators are free to vote, the non-participant's votes will be compiled to make one jury.

Each entry has the original mp3 with it, as both a filegone link, which can be downloaded to your hard drive (for illustration purposes only, naturally), and on esnips, where you can listen without downloading (who wants Belarus 2006 on their hard-drive?), or download if filegone doesn't work for you.
