The Semis

In 2009, 2 live qualifiers will be held before the Eurovision Contest itself. In these semi finals, all the countries except the 'Big 4' and the hosts, Norway, will compete for the remaining 20 places in the final. Countries will vote in their own semi, and the 5 finalists will be required to vote in 1 semi each, decided by a draw. The top 10s will be decided by a mix of 50% televoting, and 50% jury votes.

• When? Tuesday 25th and Thursday 27th May, 2010.
• Who? The presenters will be announced soon.
• Winner? We'll have to wait and see.
